Having worked in several places in the Philippines and then coming back to his hometown on Siquijor island, left Richard very curious and energetic about what lies ahead of him.
Since December 2015, Richard enriches our team as a cook. Where he delights our guests with local and international food. He loves to laugh and enjoys evidently the diversity of life and culture.
Richard is a generous and not one of those who lecture, father of 2. Being extrovert, optimistic and enthusiastic he likes to join fiestas, participate on Sing-Along’s, eat lechon, sip on a glass of Gilbey’s Gin and swing his hips to Tom Jones’ grooves.
